Our intention is to foster a non-competitive space for our community to explore uninhibited movement and breath. Holding space for our community to collectively exhale.

We believe the space we hold matters most. From a gentle yoga class to a challenging barre class, all are welcome to join our non-competitive community in South Portland, Maine. Offering classes both online via zoom and safely in studio.

We don't care who made your yoga pants. We're focused on cultivating a space that feels approachable and accessible for our community. We strive to meet our students where they are and inspire them to explore their own relationship with movement. Our varied class schedule provides opportunity to find your calm in a gentle stretch class, and your joy in a sweaty, vigorous class. Whether you've been a part of our studio for the last decade, or this is your first class with us, our purpose is to make you feel welcome here and provide you with room to breathe.

We intentionally keep things simple here. Our class sizes are purposefully small to cultivate a sense of intimacy and non-competitiveness. Our teachers are well-trained and welcoming. We believe the space we hold matters most.

    Private Yoga is an invaluable tool for students of all levels and experience. Private lessons provide the perfect setting to address your goals and work on areas of individual interest. You can start a new practice, deepen your practice or spend some time working with an injury or condition. When you work with a teacher one on one, the teacher is able to help you experience the benefits of yoga in a safe, personal way.

    Our Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour yoga teacher training in South Portland, Maine provides a broad introduction to the fundamentals of teaching a well-sequenced, creative, and safe vinyasa yoga class. Our teachers graduate prepared to lead classes with intelligence, joy, and wisdom.
